Description
The State of Alabama is soliciting monthly pest control and annual termite inspection services for the facility at 8135 McFarland Boulevard. The pest control scope is identified under pest control services, including termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, exterminating, and fumigation. The initial service period is October 2026 through September 2027, with a multi-year agreement lasting at least three years and no more than five years. A three-year term would end September 30, 2029, while a five-year extension would end September 30, 2031. Subcontracting and third-party suppliers are prohibited.
