Description
Sandoval County seeks a contractor to support regional economic development across Sandoval, Bernalillo, Cibola, Torrance, and Valencia Counties. Services include recruiting and retaining employers, supporting business expansion and job creation, researching regional economic conditions, profiling available sites and buildings, maintaining business and site databases, and developing marketing and public-relations campaigns aligned with the County’s branding. The contractor will also support site-selector inquiries and visits, prepare responses to recruitment-related RFIs and RFPs, identify grant opportunities, and report outcomes such as return on investment and tax-base impacts. The proposal must include a technical narrative addressing the scope and specifications, organizational experience, at least three qualifying government-client references from the past three years, and a detailed work-product schedule. Required submission materials also include specified forms, proof of professional liability insurance, and New Mexico preference certification if applicable. A separate cost proposal is required. The initial contract is for one year, with annual renewal options for up to three additional years.
