The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is conducting market research for industry capabilities to operate, maintain, and continuously modernize the Multi-X Security Platform, a multi-tenant, cloud-native platform supporting applications across unclassified, Secret/Special Access Required, Top Secret/SAR, and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information/SAR environments. The contemplated scope includes 24/7/365 platform administration and sustainment, Kubernetes and service-mesh operations, API gateways, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps pipelines, telemetry and monitoring, enterprise identity and certificate services, managed databases, registered queries, API mediation, tenant onboarding, Tier 1-3 service desk support, and ongoing platform enhancements. Respondents must provide an unclassified capability statement and detailed responses addressing comparable classified-cloud experience, platform management, SDKs and toolkits, identity and certificate services, database and API mediation, PL-3 access controls, tenant enablement, service levels, continuous RMF authorization, security testing, applicable security standards, personnel clearances, secure facilities, cost drivers, consumption metering, contract structures, and the contemplated qualification gate. Responses may not exceed 12 single-spaced, single-sided pages using 12-point font on 8.5-by-11-inch pages and must not contain classified or SAP information. The future acquisition strategy, evaluation criteria, contract type, and award decision have not been established; this RFI will not result in a contract award.
