Description
Huron Valley Schools (HVS), in partnership with the CoPro+ Cooperative Bid Program, is seeking qualified vendors to provide ice melt products and services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQu) aims to establish a statewide cooperative contract vehicle for ice melt procurement, making it affordable and easy for school districts and counties across Michigan to order. The resulting contract will have a three-year term with two one-year renewal options. Vendors will be competitively selected based on evaluation criteria including statement of work, company profile, references, and pricing. Products must be labeled safe for vegetation and suitable for use on concrete sidewalks and school entrances, with accompanying manufacturer documentation. Deliveries will be coordinated to multiple HVS facilities and participating agency locations.
