Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency's J6 Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise is conducting market research for comprehensive security support services. The requirement includes physical security, personnel security, operations security, industrial security, Special Access Program support, Program Protection Plan services, facilities-management security support, program-specific classified security support, and COMSEC support. Work includes inspections, access control, alarm and lock management, clearance verification, visit authorization processing, OPSEC assessments and training, DD Form 254 review, security documentation, SCIF and SAP support, critical program information protection, supply-chain risk management, and related reporting and program management. The draft performance work statement anticipates onsite support at multiple government facilities, primarily across the National Capital Region, with additional locations in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and other specified government sites. The contractor must possess a final Top Secret facility clearance and support personnel and programs requiring Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, SCI, SAP, COMSEC, and related classified-system access. The anticipated performance structure is a 12-month base period followed by a six-month extension option. This is a Sources Sought notice and not a request for proposal; respondents must submit a capabilities statement addressing the required capabilities, business information, socioeconomic status, CAGE code, contract vehicles, and subcontracting or partnering plans.
