The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two steering systems, marine, NSN 2030-20-007-5421, Jastram Engineering Ltd. part number JA-701008-1. The requirement is for firm-fixed-price supply, with inspection and acceptance at destination, FOB origin, and delivery offered as a number of days after award; the solicitation states a 200-day delivery requirement. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking with MIL-STD-129. The solicitation also permits partial or expedited shipments at no additional cost to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated based on conformity with the solicitation, past performance, offered delivery, and price. The RFQ states that quotations are not offers and that the Government is not obligated to make an award. Any representations or certifications attached to the RFQ must be completed by the quoter.
