Description
The Minnesota Air National Guard is requesting one brand-name-specific Snap-on Level 5 Automated Tool Control mobile toolbox, model L5ARC540BO series or a directly compatible variant. The toolbox must be at least 36 inches wide, have at least nine drawers, accommodate approximately 328 tools, and include RFID digital imaging or sensor trays, digital keyless entry, embedded scanning hardware, manual key access, automatic locking, alerts for improperly placed tools or incomplete closure, casters, a push bar, and 110-volt AC power. Tools are not included. The system must integrate with the existing Snap-on ATC Portal infrastructure and Air National Guard TC Max software, provide real-time tool checkout, return, inventory, removal, serialization, certification, and calibration tracking, and support Wi-Fi, future Ethernet networking, and expansion to additional automated tool-control units. The contractor must image the supplied tools and cut toolbox foam to fit them. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after award to the designated Minnesota Air National Guard receiving location. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical acceptability, equipment capabilities, delivery time, and past performance; multiple or innovative solutions may be submitted as alternative quotes.
