Description
The Ministry of Youth and Sports is seeking a contractor to provide broadcasting and production services for the Best of the Best Regatta at Montague Foreshore from December 3 through 6, 2026. The scope includes simultaneous broadcast handoff to ZNS, Cable 12, and ILTV; full-HD production compatible with participating outlets; onsite, multi-channel streaming to multiple online platforms; and a production team for race commentary, including commentators, accommodation, and stipends. The contractor must provide race coverage using cameras, drones, race-tracking systems, and GoPro cameras on boats; deliver edited race footage by the end of each day for media use; and record the opening and closing ceremonies. The quote must account for 10% VAT if applicable. Required submission materials include a quotation, equipment and supplies information, a valid business license, a tax compliance certificate, and NIB registration.
