Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks capability statements from firms able to provide recurring preventive maintenance and operational testing, corrective maintenance and repairs, emergency callout response, OEM-controlled software and firmware updates, and temporary generator rental services for emergency generators and associated automatic transfer switches. The work covers equipment at two healthcare facilities and includes monthly maintenance, monthly building-load testing, annual load-bank testing, repair reporting, and on-site emergency response. Rental generators may be ordered as needed to maintain power to critical loads while permanent equipment is out of service. Responses must demonstrate relevant capability, experience, and ability to perform the work, and include the requested company and socioeconomic information and the attached Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. This is market research, not a request for proposals or quotations; the notice requests a response of no more than five pages by email.
