Description
Cyril School District 64 is seeking bids for Category 1 broadband internet access and data transmission services for Cyril High School. Bidders must provide synchronous dedicated internet access and incremental pricing options from 1.5 Gbps through 5 Gbps, specify the demarcation address, delivery mode, bandwidth, and contract term, and include a project timeline. Installation, activation, configuration, construction, taxes, fees, and surcharges must be identified and priced as applicable; ineligible services and bundled components must be separately cost-allocated and priced. Bidders must be eligible to receive Oklahoma Universal Service Fund support, participate in the program, provide a Service Provider Identification Number, use SPI billing, and submit the completed and signed OUSF Provider Verification (Attachment A). An on-site visit is required and must be arranged in advance. The district requests an option for multi-year contracts of up to five years with voluntary annual renewals and specified renewal, service-level, and cancellation terms. Award is contingent on E-rate funding and school board approval.
