Description
The City of Dublin, Ohio is soliciting electronic bids from a licensed and qualified contractor for Ballantrae Park spray ground renovations. The work includes updating spray nozzles, water-flow control systems, lighting, and related equipment; installing centralized drains to replace existing drainage trenches and caps; and renovating the sculpted concrete wall and plaza area. The project is intended to address wear, water leakage, safety, maintenance access, operational longevity, and preservation of views of the park's public art and water features. Bidders must submit evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Ohio products, materials, services, and labor are to be used to the extent practicable, and prevailing wages are required. The project must be completed by May 14, 2027. A bid guaranty complying with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code is required, and electronic bids must be submitted through Bid Express by the stated deadline.
