Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting quotations for cloth and fiberglass materials associated with nuclear reactor repair parts. The procurement includes compliance with applicable Individual Repair Part Ordering Data, drawings, technical specifications, quality-assurance requirements, inspection procedures, packaging requirements, and delivery requirements. The contractor must submit applicable premanufacturing procedures, drawings, and related documentation for approval within 45 days after contract award, as well as vendor-certified test reports covered by MIL-DTL-24244. A copy of the applicable test report must accompany each individual piece, roll, or sheet furnished. Technical documents are subject to distribution restrictions, and the solicitation is designated as a total small-business set-aside.
