Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking suppliers to provide domestic and limited international air charter services using fixed-wing aircraft with seating capacity of up to 50 passengers and rotary-wing aircraft, including helicopters. Services will be provided from bases of operation across Canada on an as-needed basis for authorized federal departments, agencies, and Crown corporations. The procurement will establish a 60-month National Master Standing Offer. The solicitation uses open competitive bidding with lowest price as the selection criterion. All required supporting documentation and the bid submission must be submitted by October 18, 2026, at 14:00 Eastern time; late bids will be declared non-responsive.
