Description
The Government of Yukon requires fixed-wing aircraft charter services to transport liquid deicer-filled totes weighing approximately 40 to 2,200 pounds each from a preferred loading base in Whitehorse to Old Crow, Yukon. The operator must also backhaul approximately 7,000 kilograms of contained contaminated material from Old Crow to Whitehorse. The mission must be completed in as few flights as possible, with a maximum of 15 flights, and no later than October 31, 2026. The estimated contract period is six months. The procurement is an open competitive opportunity and is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
