Description
Quebec's Ministry of Justice is soliciting aircraft charter services to support itinerant-court travel for justice services to Indigenous communities in Nord-du-Québec and Côte-Nord. The solicitation covers 64 trips occurring during 2026–2027, and vendors may bid on one or more trips. This is a price-only competitive procurement. A contract will be awarded for each trip to the service provider offering the lowest price, subject to the stated qualification and eligibility requirements. The estimated contract period is 12 months.
