Description
The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service is soliciting sealed electronic bids to demolish the existing Union and Lindell bridges and construct a new single bridge over Forest Park Parkway and MetroLink. The project includes mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls, bridge foundations, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, traffic signals, lighting, landscaping, roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, utility coordination, MetroLink coordination, and related traffic-control work. The solicitation package includes project specifications, plans, geotechnical information, DBE materials, Buy America and E-Verify materials, bidder forms, and Addenda Nos. 1 and 2. Bidders must acknowledge the addenda in Bid Express and comply with the project's construction, safety, prevailing-wage, DBE, Buy America, E-Verify, insurance, bonding, and MetroLink requirements. Addendum No. 2 revises several bid quantities and plan and specification sheets and extends the bid deadline to October 27, 2026, at 1:45 p.m. EDT; questions are due through Bid Express by 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2026.
