Description
The district seeks five-year licensing for 50 existing network switches and 116 wireless access points, compatible with its existing Meraki management console. No installation is needed. Bids must cover the entire hardware project and include compatibility documentation unless the preferred make/model is bid. Refurbished equipment and equipment from manufacturers identified as national security threats by the FCC are not accepted. The district also seeks basic maintenance of internal connections, including a block of 10 support hours per month for eligible equipment and a maximum response time of two hours. Maintenance bids must cover the entire project and include a monthly or annual total; hourly rates alone are insufficient. The C2 Cover Page must be completed and included with the bid, along with a quote or bill of materials for the projects being bid. Bidders must have a valid SPIN, participate in the E-rate program for the applicable funding year, and identify all applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes.
