Description
The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) is issuing an open-ended Request for Qualifications (RFQ # RED-23-18) for property acquisition submittals. Respondents, including property owners, brokers with exclusive listings, or other entities interested in selling real estate, may submit properties located within the City of San Diego for potential acquisition. The Commission is seeking properties that increase affordable housing units, including multi-family units (30-150 units), hotels/motels (40-100 units), land for residential development, build-to-suit residential projects (30-150 units), and commercial properties to be repurposed as residential. Submissions are accepted electronically via PlanetBids portal or email at any time while the solicitation is open. The Commission reserves the right to close the solicitation at any time.
