Description
The Social Security Administration is seeking a 12-month renewal of maintenance for the Snowbound RasterMaster software bundle from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027. The bundle includes RM Java, RM HTML, RM AFP, and RM PDFR maintenance, supporting conversion of TIFF and PDF files to AFP for centralized printing of disability notices. Maintenance includes patches, fixes, updates, and technical support. The requirement is restricted to Snowbound or its authorized resellers because the maintenance is proprietary. Quotes must include firm fixed pricing, manufacturer part numbers, period of performance for each line item, a completed Additional Information Form, applicable EULA or terms, agreement with solicitation terms, assumptions if applicable, relevant commercial price-list pages, required representations and certifications, and any applicable authorized-reseller documentation. The quote must be submitted electronically through FedConnect, must not exceed 20 MB, and must be readable in Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader, or Microsoft Excel formats.
