Description
The Itawamba County Port Commission seeks a contractor to construct Phase 1 of a work yard expansion. The approximate work includes mobilization, 6,950 cubic yards of excess excavation, 5,400 cubic yards of borrow material, 13,000 square yards of geotextile fabric stabilization, stockpiling and relaying 1,150 cubic yards of existing stone, and placing 1,150 cubic yards of crushed stone, along with appurtenances. The award is to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Bid security is required, with its amount and form specified in the Information for Bidders, which is not included in the provided package.
