Description
Enlace Academy is soliciting internet access and data transmission services with symmetrical bandwidth of approximately 5 Gbps, scalable to approximately 10 Gbps, and guaranteed throughput to the school’s head-end. The proposal must include one public IPv4 address, pricing for additional IPv4 addresses, optional IPv6 pricing, a fiber handoff, any provider-owned onsite equipment required for service delivery, and a description of the pathway from the provider’s point of presence to the applicant’s point of entry, including third-party leased lines if applicable. Installation and initial configuration are included in the requested service, and any special construction or installation costs must be separately identified. Respondents must provide complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing by service tier, separate eligible and ineligible costs, a proposed Service Level Agreement, service delivery details and timeline, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The SLA must address 99.99% network availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, two-hour diagnosis, four-hour temporary or permanent repair, chronic-trouble remedies, and monthly and annual service reporting. The procurement contemplates a five-year contract, with voluntary extensions considered, subject to E-Rate funding and applicable program requirements.
