Description
The City seeks a full-service theatrical lighting provider for concerts and other events. The contractor will supply professional lighting equipment, rigging, technicians, programmers, setup, teardown, and related production support. Equipment and staffing will vary by event; the listed lighting system is an example rather than a fixed package. The contractor must coordinate with the venue-assigned rigger and other event personnel, provide qualified on-site staff, and meet event-specific production and safety requirements. The proposal must include a technical proposal, organizational and staffing information, a detailed cost proposal, four client references, and the required forms and supporting materials. The contract is described as a three-year term with two additional one-year options. Event services may be used at the renter’s election, with payment for those services the renter’s responsibility.
