Description
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for fiber optic cable assemblies for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). The procurement will be conducted as a total small business set-aside under full and open competition. The solicitation requires offerors to provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The delivery location is Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, with a delivery period of 16 weeks from the date of award. Cybersecurity requirements, including compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 1, are also stipulated.
