Description
The NATO Communications and Information Systems Group (NCISG) is soliciting bids to establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) for the provision of network consumables. These consumables are essential for the installation, maintenance, and operation of network infrastructure, including cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7, fiber optic, coaxial), connectors (RJ45, fiber), cable management supplies (patch panels, ties, trays), LAN transceiver modules, and media converters. The solicitation also includes network tools and testing equipment used by technicians. NCISG utilizes various brands such as CommScope, Corning, Panduit, Belden, Amphenol, CISCO, Allied Telesys, Black Box, and TP-Link, adhering to ANSI/TIA-568 standards. The BOAs will be awarded to eligible companies that meet specific criteria, including originating from NATO-member nations, maintaining active facilities, and demonstrating the capability to deliver within 25 days. Companies must also provide network consumables without VAT and offer competitive pricing through an online web shop. Past performance with at least five similar contracts within the last four years is required.
