Description
The St. Louis Development Corporation is soliciting qualifications from firms to join an updated shortlist of providers of supplemental Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise certification services. The selected firms will support the corporation's certification function and existing staff, including work within the B2Gnow platform. The scope includes reviewing applications and supporting documentation, conducting desk audits and virtual or on-site interviews, obtaining applicant information, analyzing ownership, control, group-membership, locality, and NAICS-code issues, preparing certification summaries and recommendations, presenting findings to a program review committee, investigating third-party complaints, and providing related technical assistance, training, and promotional services. Respondents must have at least three years of comparable certification-analysis experience, experience conducting substantive site visits, and at least three years of experience using certification software. Proposals must include organizational information, key personnel, approach, pricing, three similar references, and a current City of St. Louis business license; the proposal is limited to 30 pages and must be submitted as one PDF.
