Description
Sealy Independent School District is soliciting bids for Category One dedicated internet access at its facility at 939 Tiger Lane, Sealy, Texas. Vendors must provide pricing for 2 Gbps, 4 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps options, including guaranteed synchronous bandwidth, a leased router, all installation charges, and a three-year service term. Proposals must also identify the monthly cost of up to 12 months of month-to-month service if the district transitions to another provider after the initial or renewal term. For Category Two internal connections, the district seeks 222 five-year licenses for existing Meraki wireless access points. Licensing must be compatible with the existing Meraki network, and bidders must provide the complete hardware project rather than individual components. Refurbished equipment and equipment from manufacturers on the FCC covered list are prohibited. Bidders must participate in the E-Rate program, provide a valid SPIN, identify all applicable fees and surcharges, and include the required C2 Cover Page and compatibility documentation.
