Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for two chiropractic examination tables. Each table must meet detailed salient characteristics, including electric height adjustment, a maximum length of 77 inches, standard 27-inch width, tilting and flexion headpieces, manual forward and straight-drop headpiece functions, touchscreen controls, lateral flexion movement and locking up to 21 degrees, a maximum weight of 300 pounds, lifting capacity up to 450 pounds, patient gripper bars, multiple thoracic, lumbar, pelvic, and lateral-flexion drop functions, slide-out ankle support with harnesses, and compatibility with specified 110V or 220V electrical requirements. The contractor must deliver the equipment within 30 days of award in the manufacturer's original sealed containers, marked with the manufacturer’s name, purchase order and contract numbers. Delivery and installation coordination is required, along with one printed binder and one digital copy of manufacturer-recommended operating and maintenance materials. The contractor must provide manufacturer warranties covering all parts and labor, including associated travel and shipping costs, for at least one year. The opportunity is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
