Description
Central Nine Career Center seeks symmetrical Internet access and data transmission services with guaranteed throughput, initially at approximately 5 Gbps and scalable to approximately 10 Gbps. The service must include five public IPv4 addresses, pricing for additional IPv4 addresses, and optional IPv6 pricing. The provider must include any provider-owned onsite equipment needed to hand off service to the applicant’s head-end equipment and describe the service pathway, including any third-party leased lines. The proposal must describe available resiliency, firewall, and DDoS-protection features; provide a Service Level Agreement covering service availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24x7x365 trouble reporting, outage diagnosis and repair commitments, chronic-trouble remedies, and monthly and annual service reporting; and identify recurring, nonrecurring, installation, and special-construction costs separately. The selected provider must support E-Rate discounted invoicing and comply with the stated E-Rate, pricing, security, and contract requirements. Responses must include a detailed service description and implementation timeline, complete tiered pricing, the proposed SLA, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract.
