Description
Joplin Schools is seeking proposals for custodial paper products, including individually wrapped two-ply toilet tissue, kraft roll paper towels compatible with a specified Georgia-Pacific dispenser, extra-heavy-duty 60-gallon trash liners, and medium-duty trash liners. Vendors must provide delivered per-case pricing, product samples, supporting documentation, specifications, case weights, product and packaging photographs, SDSs, and product data sheets. The district anticipates annual usage of 665 cases of toilet tissue, 915 cases of paper towels, 1,235 cases of extra-heavy-duty trash liners, and 210 cases of medium-duty trash liners. The scope also includes a web-based ordering system supporting multiple locations, order approval and editing, delivery-status tracking, site orders and reports, delivery and stocking of products at 19 locations, delivery and stocking procedures, and product and equipment training upon request. Vendors must describe delivery timing, service levels, and follow-up visits. Samples must include at least six toilet-paper rolls, three paper-towel rolls, one extra-heavy-duty trash-bag roll, and one medium-duty trash-liner roll. The district may accept proposals in whole or in part and may extend the contract for up to three years by mutual agreement.
