Description
DBS Corporation is soliciting subcontractor bids for drywall and framing, flooring, and painting for the Wheland Village mixed-use multifamily project. The development includes The Flats, a 32,243-square-foot mixed-use/multifamily building; six townhome buildings totaling 108,606 square feet; civil and shared sitework; soil management plan compliance; and a vapor mitigation system. The five project components must be priced separately, with proposals broken out and submitted according to the Bid Form. Light-gauge metal framing is required only at the first-floor commercial space of The Flats; the other buildings are wood framed. Bid documents and the Bid Form require access through the AGC East Tennessee member planroom.
