Description
This presolicitation notice is to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for stock replenishment of reticle assemblies, specifically NSN 1240-01-701-2910. The contract will have a base year and four option years, not to exceed a total of 5 years. The estimated annual demand is 350 units. This procurement is being conducted as an unrestricted Other than Full and Open competition. The approved source for this item is TRIJICON, INC. (CAGE CODE: 0FL29), Part Number SCO-RP-006. While price is a significant factor, award will be based on a combination of Price, Past Performance, Delivery, and Surge and Sustainment. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
