Description
Niagara County Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for the complete removal and replacement of the Royalton Center Road Bridge (BIN 3360080) over Mud Creek. The project includes construction of a 64-foot steel rolled beam girder bridge on new integral abutments and limited approach pavement reconstruction. The project is a locally administered federal-aid project and must comply with applicable New York State Department of Transportation policies, procedures, and specifications. Bidders must submit the required proposal forms, bid security, Non-Collusion Certification, Attachment D Iranian Energy Sector Divestment Certification, and current proof of a valid New York State Uniform Contractors Questionnaire. Subcontracting is permitted under the applicable NYSDOT specification. The contract has a 0% DBE goal and project EEO goals of 7.7% minority and 6.9% female participation.
