Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to seal an estimated 34,256 square feet of asphalt, including the parking area and roadway on 363rd Lane, and apply approximately 565 linear feet of pavement striping matching the existing layout. The updated scope replaces the previously stated pavement quantity. Work includes debris, vegetation, dirt, and loose-aggregate removal; surface drying and preparation; crack sealing if applicable; sealcoating; and pavement-marking installation. All sealcoat, crack-seal, and striping materials and application methods must comply with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, weather and temperature requirements, and Minnesota Department of Transportation standards. The contractor must provide at least one week's advance notice before work begins or perform the work without impeding access. Deliverables include completed sealing and striping and a completion report documenting materials used, work dates, and recommended maintenance. Work is typically expected to take 3–7 days, with completion requested before the end of October 2026; performance may be postponed until April 2027 if weather or scheduling prevents 2026 completion.
