Description
The City of Jackson is seeking qualifications from general contractors to establish an Approved Contractor List. Contractors on the list may be solicited for sealed bids for housing construction and rehabilitation, including minor housing repairs, funded through Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Grant programs. Respondents should have relevant project experience, applicable state licensing or certification, financial solvency, and competent personnel and subcontractors.
