Description
EPB, a utility company, is seeking a comprehensive Audit, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution. The solution must automate the internal audit lifecycle, including annual planning, individual audit planning, audit testing with analytics capabilities, and audit reporting. Additionally, the solution must integrate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, and Third-Party Vendor Management. The ERM component should provide capabilities for corporate risk assessments, dashboards and reporting for leadership, and the ability to update risks based on audit or compliance results. The Compliance component should support corporate policy administration and compliance management for industry frameworks such as NIST CST, NIST 800-53, COSO Internal Controls Framework, and SOC 2. The Third-Party Vendor Management component should enable sending and receiving vendor questionnaires, securely storing required third-party vendor audit reports, and ongoing vendor management throughout the contract lifecycle.
