Description
The San Diego Community College District is soliciting bids for a requirements contract to supply reprographic and specialty paper products for district-wide use. The solicitation includes multiple paper categories and requires bidders to provide unit pricing for all items within any section on which they bid; awards may be made by section. The District does not guarantee any purchase quantity, and historical quantities are provided only for price evaluation. Products must be standard stocking items, meet the stated specifications, and be delivered FOB destination to District facilities, generally by the next business day after ordering. Bidders must accommodate orders as small as one ream, include delivery costs in unit prices, provide samples when requested for previously unused paper brands, and provide usage reports in Microsoft Excel upon request. The contract term is one year beginning January 1, 2027, with one optional one-year renewal. Required bid materials include the bid cover page, bid checklist, response sheet, delivery locations, references, non-collusion affidavit, workers’ compensation certification, Minority, Woman and Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise certification, supplier application, and W-9.
