Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks providers for symmetrical internet access, standalone data transmission, and WAN connectivity services for participating public library locations. The requirements include guaranteed throughput, scalable bandwidth from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are required, and bandwidth may increase during the contract term. The services are contingent on E-Rate funding. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals, beginning July 1, 2027, to one or more respondents. Mandatory response components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals; an attestation form; infrastructure overview; artificial-intelligence technical proposal questions; and reference check forms. Responses must comply with applicable E-Rate, state, and local procurement requirements.
