Description
Hartford School District seeks proposals for fully managed, symmetrical wide-area network transport service with dedicated bandwidth of 100–200 Mbps between Hartford High School and the Swing Space for its Culinary Arts Program. The connection must terminate at the designated building demarcation point, and proposals must specify the included demarcation setup. Offers that include generic services beyond the solicitation's scope or encyclopedic price lists will be disqualified; spam or robotic responses will not be considered valid. Proposals must itemize monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges; failure to identify these costs or indicating that additional charges may apply can result in disqualification. The district will consider month-to-month and contracted services, requests 12-month pricing for contracted service, and requires early-termination provisions for a site closure and a provision allowing additional sites to be added at the existing monthly recurring charge. Service is needed beginning July 1, 2027. The proposal must include the applicant name, Form 470 number, SPIN, and the service provider's terms and conditions.
