Description
Sandwich School District 430 is soliciting bids for Category One telecommunications services and related network equipment for six service locations. The requested scope includes 1–2 Gbps Internet access and data transmission, transport service, WAN circuits/EPL connections, and any Category One network equipment needed to make the Internet connections functional. Installation and initial configuration are included. Proposals must identify the proposed service medium, projected eligible monthly recurring taxes and fees, eligible and ineligible costs, the provider's SPIN, and a contact person. A scope of work is required for installation services. Both one-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the requested service start date is July 1, 2027. Bids must be submitted by email to the technical contact and must comply with E-Rate competitive-bidding requirements, including offering the Lowest Corresponding Price.
