Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase of 77 medical-grade mobile laptop carts, 77 wired USB full-size keyboards, and 77 wired USB mice. The carts must accommodate government-furnished 14-inch laptops; include an adjustable ergonomic worksurface, secure laptop compartment, locking casters, keyboard and mouse tray, medication and supply workspace, BCMA scanner and PIV card reader space, internal power and cord management, USB hub space, and compatibility with future add-on drawers. They must be cleanable with hospital-grade disinfectants, suitable for continuous clinical use, and include at least a one-year parts-and-labor warranty. The keyboards and mice must use wired USB connections and hospital-grade, disinfectable construction. The vendor must be an authorized distributor and submit an OEM authorized-distributor letter. The response must include a signed SF 1449, completed solicitation pricing and delivery sections, detailed pricing, country of origin, technical capabilities information, and no more than three relevant past-performance references with successful-performance ratings, evaluations, or critiques. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and only SAM.gov-verified small businesses will be considered.
