Description
The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles is seeking general cleaning services once per week for its 1,500-square-foot Clanton Field Office. Services are to begin October 1, 2026, and invoices are to be submitted monthly. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement, with the maximum contract term to be determined at award based on pricing and anticipated usage. Attendance at the September 4, 2026, site visit is mandatory before submitting a bid.
