Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for low-ripple power supplies or equivalent products under RFQ 498879. The bill of materials identifies one PS-15-25-L (US) (110V) low-ripple power supply, two HVA-10M-60-F units, two HVA-200M-40-F units, two CAB-HF1-BB-020 cables, four CAB-HF1-BB-050 cables, and four CAB-HF1-BB-150 cables. The quote must include firm pricing, a proposed delivery schedule, applicable tariffs priced separately, FOB and shipping terms, and country-of-origin information. The selected offer will be the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal. The offeror must submit completed and signed abbreviated representations and certifications and identify any exceptions or state that no exceptions are taken. Electrical equipment must meet the applicable nationally recognized testing laboratory listing or field-evaluation requirements.
