Description
Lane School District 22 is soliciting bids for 12 new UPS/battery backup units for Category Two internal connections. The preferred equipment is APC BR1500VA with 10 outlets, or functionally equivalent equipment. No installation is needed, and refurbished equipment will not be accepted. The selected bidder must provide the entire hardware project rather than individual components. Bidders must participate in the applicable E-Rate funding program, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), offer the lowest corresponding price, identify all applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes, and allow the applicant to choose between SPI and BEAR discount methods. Bids must include the C2 Cover Page and are contingent on E-Rate funding and final board approval. Equipment from manufacturers identified as national security threats by the FCC will be disqualified.
