Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting proposals for Category 1 Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for participating public library locations. The requirements include symmetrical bandwidth starting at approximately 10 Mbps, scalable to approximately 10 Gbps for Internet access and 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, guaranteed throughput at each library location, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are required, and bandwidth may increase during the contract term. The project is contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. Mandatory proposal components include an executive summary, Cost Proposal, Business Proposal, Technical Proposal, Attestation Form, Infrastructure Overview, and AI Technical Proposal Questions, along with the requested supporting documents and Reference Check Forms. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals to one or more respondents. Responses must be submitted through the IDOA Supplier Portal, and bidders must be registered with the IDOA Procurement Division.
