Description
The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is procuring lead wool blankets as a commercial product under the RADCON BPA. Quotes will be accepted only from current RADCON BPA holders; all other quotes will be considered technically unacceptable. The purchase requires compliance with applicable repair-part technical, quality-assurance, packaging, inspection, and marking requirements. Packaging may include heat-sealed envelopes and MIL-DTL-24466 green polyethylene bags when specified cleanliness controls apply. A Certificate of Compliance under DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at material delivery for each unique combination of contract or purchase-order number, National Stock Number, and item nomenclature.
