Description
The Jacksonville Port Authority is soliciting construction services to rehabilitate existing prestressed concrete piles, pile caps, and beams at the Talleyrand Marine Terminal. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing, means and methods, and supervision necessary to perform the work in accordance with the scope of work and contract specifications. This is an active Invitation to Bid. Bid and contract bonds are required. The solicitation establishes a 0% Small and Emerging Business participation goal, although participation is encouraged. Bids and all required supplemental material must be submitted electronically through OpenGov in PDF format only; email, fax, mail, and hand delivery are not accepted.
