Description
The City of Jonesboro is soliciting a contractor to install a complete lighting system along Washington Avenue according to the plans and specifications. The work includes installation of lighting fixtures, poles, bases, underground conduit and conductors, electrical connections, boring beneath streets, and coordination with City Water & Light. Addendum No. 1 clarifies that the bid price must include sales tax, no liquidated damages will be assessed, and the contractor must extend an existing circuit by boring approximately 45 linear feet beneath Borgman Street and approximately 65 linear feet beneath Washington Avenue. The contractor must furnish and install the riser and weatherhead, coordinate the utility connection, use approved conduit for the bored portion, and relocate and reconnect an existing breaker. The addendum must be returned with the bid.
