Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one nonpneumatic tourniquet, NSN 6515-01-696-4522, unit of issue each. The item must have a 120-month shelf life, with no more than 18 months elapsed from manufacture to delivery, and must include required manufacturer, expiration or retest, contract, and lot-number markings. The device is FDA-regulated and must comply with applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practice, and medical-marking requirements. Quotes must identify the source and part number being supplied. Alternate offers require complete, legible technical data for both the requested and alternate products. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging, marking, palletization, and shipment requirements are specified, including commercial packaging and Medical Marking Standard No. 1 compliance.
