Description
Countryside Academy is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services for its Meadowbrook campus. The requested capacity is a minimum of 1 Gbps, with a maximum of 5 Gbps, and the solicitation permits specification changes when the proposed solution meets applicable industry standards. The requested solution should include domain name registration, static IP addresses, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, a maximum four-hour service response time available 24/7, itemization of provider-owned connectivity equipment placed within the district, and end-to-end maintenance of equipment used to deliver the services. Bidders must separately itemize any non-eligible services, provide line-item pricing for eligible components, and submit proof of workers’ compensation insurance. A $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award. Providers must have an E-rate SPIN, maintain the required annual certification filing, and have active SAM.gov registration. Multi-year contracts may be considered, and implementation is contingent on approved Universal Service Fund funding.
