Description
HUD is conducting market research for contractor support to Ginnie Mae’s Office of Securities Operations. The work covers mortgage-backed securities data collection, processing, reporting and investor disclosures; risk, portfolio and issuer analytics; and operations and maintenance, security, and minor enhancements for the supporting business applications and systems. The portfolio described in the notice includes 11 million loans and 675,400 MBS pools, with reporting and risk management supporting a stated $2.1 trillion portfolio. The draft performance work statement also describes transition support, program management, disaster recovery, cybersecurity and compliance, customer support, and optional modernization, software development, specialized analytics, and customer-experience work. The contemplated period is a 12-month base period plus nine 12-month option periods, and the estimated total value is $400 million. This is a Sources Sought market-research notice, not a request for proposals; responses are voluntary and are restricted to GSA Alliant 3 GWAC holders. The response should be a tailored capability statement addressing the notice’s questions and requested organizational information.
